FABRICATION

HavCon Engineering has been planned and set up as a one stop shop for all your fabrication needs. Our workshop is set up to maximise efficient work practices. We continually invest in new practices, procedures, and technologies to improve our efficiencies and quality of work.

SHUTDOWN & MAINTENANCE

We also offer a range of maintenance and shutdown services, covering a wide range of disciplines. We can draw on a great pool of personnel to tackle any job including fitters, boilermakers, welders, trade assistants, and personnel for site installations.

DESIGN & DRAFTING

Get this service done quickly and efficiently by the experts here at HavCon Engineering. We understand how important it is to feel confident and worry free when it comes to the service we provide. Our dedicated staff invests the time and energy necessary to be well prepared for any unique requests or special concerns our clients may have.

LASER SCANNING

We use the latest in laser scanning and 3D modelling technology to enhance our design and drafting for the fabrication workshop. Using our Faro X130 scanner we are able to accurately reverse engineer plant and equipment.

CRANE & TRANSPORT

Transport
Having our own workshop truck with an 8m loading bed, a prime mover with drop deck trailer, and several smaller site trucks, enables us to be able to respond to situations involving delivery and pick up at short notice.

Crane
We have two mobile Franna cranes, a 25T and 16T, that is available to support our clients operations on site. Our operators have a wide variety of experience, including dual lifts, awkward lifts, and supervising lifts for larger cranes.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Surface Treatment
We are able to provide a wide range of surface treatment options to suit the requirements of any given project.

Engineering Verification/FEA
The need to have new designs tested and verified as structurally sound and safe to use is essential to a safe working environment.

Load Testing & Verification
As an additional check to an engineering verification, we are able to get any lifting points or tooling load tested and certified to a particular load limit.

Non-Destructive Testing
As a form of quality control, we can provide NDT reports that are completed by a third party NATA accredited company to match every project that we complete.

WIDE SPAN SHEDS

HavCon Engineering are authorised agents for Wide Span Sheds. Servicing the South-West, we can provide quotes for any size steel kit shed along with additional services for concreting and erection. From being a Wide Span Sheds agent since 2011, we have gained a detailed understanding of the building design requirements and consent process in the Shire of Harvey.
